Lgtd 819' tower 2 miles W-NW of arpt. Rwy 24 three poles with red lgts parallel to railroad tracks +22'. Rwy 24 NSTD RAIL fewer lgts and non-standard pacing. When tower closed, ACTIVATE MIRL Rwy 06-24, REIL Rwy 06-24, PVASI Rwy 06, RAIL Rwy 24 and twy lgts -- CTAF.
